Leaving your current prop firm CRM.
Migration is the reason most firms stay somewhere they have outgrown. It is included here — no implementation fee, no data-transfer charge, no exit games — and it runs as a parallel period rather than a weekend of held breath.
The records are the easy half. The history is the work
Copying traders and accounts is a scripted afternoon. Reconstructing why each decision was made is the part that determines whether the migration is honest.
Traders, KYC state and accounts
Trader records with their verification status, funded and evaluation accounts, and the platform identifiers that tie them to MetaTrader, cTrader, Match-Trader, DXtrade or TradeLocker — so nothing has to be re-verified or re-provisioned.
Trades, balances and equity curves
The full trade and balance history, reconciled against the platform rather than trusted from the outgoing vendor’s export. Where an export is partial, this is the part that can be rebuilt, because the accounts are yours.
Rule versions and payout decisions
Which rule set was in force for which trader at which moment, and the evidence behind every breach and payout call. This is what makes a historic decision defensible, and it is what most exports quietly leave behind.
Parallel first, switch when the numbers agree
A migration you cannot reverse is a bet. This one stays reversible until you decide otherwise.
Map and import
Your dedicated environment is provisioned, the data model is mapped against your actual rule history, and the import runs. Nothing in production changes.
Parallel run
Both systems consume the same live platform feed. Balances, breaches and payout eligibility are compared daily until the discrepancies are zero or explained.
Cutover
Traders move to the new front end, payouts route through the new approval flow, and the old system goes read-only rather than dark — so the record survives the switch.
Zero fees, in both directions
Charging for migration prices in the switching cost that keeps firms stuck. Charging for exit does it twice.
Migration is inside the engagement: from $5,000/month, fixed — inclusive of infrastructure at projected normal cost; materially heavier requirements are passed through at cost. Zero setup fees, zero migration fees, no revenue share, no per-trader fees. If the engagement ends, a full export of your own database is yours on request — the same portability we tell you to demand of any vendor, including us. Questions worth asking
What does a prop firm CRM migration cost?
Zero fees. Migration is inside the $5,000/month engagement, fixed — there is no separate implementation, onboarding or data-transfer charge, and no fee for leaving later either. What migration does cost is your team's attention during the parallel run, which is the part nobody can do for you.
How long does a migration take?
It depends far more on your rule history than your record count. A firm with one evaluation model and clean platform identifiers moves quickly; a firm with four years of grandfathered rule variants and manual payout exceptions takes longer, because the work is reconstructing which rules were in force when, not copying rows. Scope is quantified in the written proposal before anything is provisioned.
Does the operation have to stop during cutover?
No. Both systems run in parallel against live platform data until the numbers reconcile and your team trusts the new one. Cutover is a decision you make after that, not an outage you schedule.
What if the current vendor will not export the history?
That is the most common blocker and it is worth discovering before you sign anywhere, not at the exit interview. Where an export is incomplete, the trade and balance history can usually be rebuilt from the trading platforms themselves, since those are your accounts. What generally cannot be rebuilt is the vendor's own record of rule versions and payout decisions — which is precisely why data portability belongs in the buying decision.
Bring the export you were given. We’ll tell you what is missing.
