Where a deployment requires materially heavier infrastructure (large bare-metal clusters, unusual data volumes, multi-region redundancy), the incremental cost above that projection is passed through at cost and borne by the client — quantified transparently in your proposal before anything is provisioned, never discovered on an invoice.

What does $3,000 per month actually cover?

Everything a serious deployment needs to run: your dedicated single-tenant environment with server and infrastructure cost included at projected normal cost, the CRM with Sentinel inside, the growth suite, your selling website, migration, monitoring and institutional support. It keeps both sides efficient: Vanquor is built for firms treating their operating stack as an edge, not as a cost line to minimise.

Are there setup or migration fees?

No. Zero setup fees and zero migration fees — ever. Environment provisioning, data mapping from your incumbent system, the parallel run and the phased cutover are all part of the engagement, not an onboarding invoice.

What does 'infrastructure included' mean exactly?

The $3,000 base is inclusive of your dedicated infrastructure at projected normal cost — a single-tenant environment sized for a typical operation. If your deployment requires materially heavier infrastructure (large bare-metal clusters, unusual data volumes, multi-region redundancy), the incremental infrastructure cost above the projection is passed through at cost and borne by the client — quantified transparently in the proposal before anything is provisioned, never discovered on an invoice.

Is Sentinel an add-on?

No. Sentinel — real-time risk and toxic-flow surveillance with proprietary quant/ML detection — is built into Vanquor CRM and included in the fixed price. Surveillance that matters shouldn't be an upsell.

Are the selling website and growth suite really included with Prop CRM?

Yes. Prop CRM includes development and maintenance of your challenge-selling website — fully customizable by your team, payment processors set up and wired into the CRM, hosted in your dedicated environment — plus the growth suite: sales, funnel, SEO and social analytics, with your full sales data available to the governed AI layer for plain-language recommendations. One honest note: we don't offer design services for now — you bring the brand and design, we engineer and operate.

Is there revenue share or per-trader pricing?

No, and there never will be. Revenue share puts your vendor inside your P&L and creates a conflict of interest with your risk decisions. Per-trader pricing punishes your growth. Vanquor charges a fixed base plus agreed scope — your upside is yours.

What does the fixed base include?

The dedicated environment (bare-metal or AWS) with infrastructure cost included at projected normal cost, the CRM with Sentinel inside, the growth suite and selling website, platform integrations, migration support, monitoring and operations, and institutional support with agreed response targets. Scope beyond the base — additional custom features, deeper support, Labs work — is priced explicitly.

How does the price evolve on a long-term partnership?

The effective monthly rate improves with commitment length and relationship depth. Long-term contracts amortise the dedicated-infrastructure and co-development investment — we'd rather reward the partnership than re-sell you every year.

Who owns the data and infrastructure?

You do. Dedicated database and servers per client, with full export as a standing capability and a contractual right. On AWS, isolation is additionally guaranteed with client-held keys (BYOK via KMS).

How does migration from our current platform work?

Migration is part of the engagement, not an add-on invoice surprise: data mapping from your incumbent system, a parallel-run period, and a phased cutover agreed with your operations team.
